The Full Moon Lunar Eclipse on November 8th was a peak of intense energy, and part of
the culmination of a 2-year astrological cycle. It was a time of being painfully aware of what needs to change, but also how hard it is to do what needs to be done. After such a powerful event, it is natural to feel an energetic hangover. This is a time of profound transformation, but just like a renovation, it's messy and uncomfortable.
